I started on 3rd, but I didn't get decent until that was replaced by our 5th mix, which has since been upgraded to Max2, and we have an Extreme in town too. _________________

Definitely the 4th Mix. I started playing on trick and then to maniac with 4th Mix. I also learned my first few freestyling techniques with it. |

i started out with 1.5 mix when boomers (originally camelot park) had it before it switched to the utterly crappy usamix...i then moved on and "grew up" my skill level with high voltage's machine...when it was the always reliable 4th mix plus...and when it upgraded to max2...and then finally extreme... _________________

I started on 3rd mix korean ver 2. I learned a lot on that mix, but I didn't start getting good until we upgraded to 5th. max 2, when we had it, didn't do anything for me really. and now we have Extreme. _________________

At home: DDR USA
In the arcades: 3rd Mix Korean 2, the only arcade that had it just upgraded to Extreme this year so there went my chances to play songs like Shock. If I didn't have the Playstation version of 3rd Mix I think I would be going crazy because 3rd Mix is still my favorite. |

You went to Camelot park too before it became Boomers? I remember the ole USA mix they had, I'd watch my sister play. That's what I grew up on, then I became reliant on home versions, but now I like to get a mix of arcade and home. _________________

Let's see... I played 2nd mix... and 3rd mix korean. Got decent on a 5th mix here in town, started playing my first "difficult" songs on DDR USA. Then got to playing all 7's and the like on extreme -.- I've played off and on for far too long... _________________

yeah i can't tolerate boomers anymore...usa mix gets very redundant once you find out there's a better version elsewhere _________________

I played my first game on 3rd Korean 2 (god I love it to death), then found a USA up here in Anchorage and played. Muchly. Then 4th Plus came along, and I soon fell in love with it and played. Later, about a year ago (less?), a movie theatre about fifteen miles away in the midst of town recieved a Max2, and I free admission. Fun. After our waterpark was built, they were the first in town to get Extreme (yes! within five miles of my house - perhaps more!). After that went downhill (90-degree temps are something indeed to complain about)... The Fireweed Theatres (even further across town -_-) got Max2 and is now the favorite choice of many Alaskans (metoo). So I went there. Then the other theatre, following suit after my root arcade upped their 4th Plus to Extreme, added a second machine.
To make a long story short (excuse my rambling...), I began on 3rd Korean 2, played out the n00b days on USA, nailed my first Another and cata on 4th Plus, then honed my unskills in Vegas and elsewhere in Anchorage on Max2 and Extreme. I still dabble in the likes of 5th and 3rd Korean... but only sometimes. _________________
