Modding your IIDX controller

I was wondering (and searching old topics)

how exactly (step by step guides would help) to you mod your IIDX controller so that it doesnt stick and has a more arcadeish feel to it...

if it is already explained in depth in some site or topic, please link, or provide detailed instructions...

and pictures and diagrams would help... I'm dumb
