eep.
it depends...some of the new 10 steps are a bit over-rated
though i finished bag/sakura/paranoia survivor/and am getting close to finishing Max300, i dont think i could do anything other than those.
BUT AN 11?
If 9 feet=cata, what would 11 be called?
if so, any ideas for a 11 step song?
12 overdoes it. No 12. Let's stick with 11 for now... |

Bemaniruler's steps to V, and like half of all the original songs on DWI/SM could very well be 11 footers. |

Well, seeing as how names for difficulties haven't been used since 3rd mix... I'd say they would be called 11 footers.. |

Go to Narrows in Tacoma, WA if you wanna try V out on your feet .
EDITS...I've played some 12 footers, it's all just based on the different aspects, Air, Voltage, Ect. |

Actually there are KINDA 11 footers already.
They are the Flashing 10 Foot songs like Paranoia Survivor Max Oni and I believe Legend of Max. _________________

Yeah, I've tried BMR's V on feet, and it seems about right for an 11 foot rating. |

You could always play djsupercletus's Max3000 DWI.
But look at the huge difference in difficulty between Max300 and LoM. Just 33 BPM is incredible if you've played them both.
Max350 or Max370 would truly be an 11 footer regardless of the steps. |

I'd say MaxX would be upped from 10 to 11 and PSMO from 10 to 12.

I think they should call 11 foot songs "IM-F*ing-Possible" or just "Impossible" if you so fancy. And I don't think those songs could push up BPM to get hard, seeing as BPM is beats per min, that means, a 400 beat song .15 seconds per beat, almost impossible for you to take in the arrows and move your feet I would think, and if it was a double, I don't think anyones body could physically move that fast. 500BPM would leave you all of .02 seconds in between beats, impossible.
So the real question is what would a 11 foot song have you do, not what you would call it.
My theories go as such. An 11 foot song would have some of the following:
... having you hit U D L R in one beat, at the same time
... have the outlines of the arrows at the top move up and down the screen
... have a hologram of a naked lady appear to distract you (it'd distract women too!)
... have two arrows on a freeze, while you had to bend down and hit the other two withyour hands, or whatever appendage you could think of
anyone got anything else? |
