Yeah, mine automatically calculates the grade for the song and overall grade for the level (L7 or 7key for the given style). As for another...I'm just really not that good yet. I will want to get an overall list of my best scores for the home version songs, but that's not all that important right now.
My sheet goes:
Song - Passed - Grade - GREAT - Great - Good - Bad - Poor - EX Score - Total Notes - % - Speed - Other (FC, PERFECT, etc.) _________________

All is fair in love and admin capabilities. By the way, I'm surprised you couldn't figure it out.
EDIT: Don't give out hints to other people's passwords, on any site. Thanks. ~CStar |

Try not to give out hints as to what people's passwords are on a public forum, K?
BTW, thanks, it appears to be my new password, too. |

Just in case someone were to get the hint first.
I've already changed mine. Haven't got around to removing the animal porn links from my posts, though. |

My first 7 star ever was The Strong Jaeger. It's not really hard just... a fast song. But it's not really filled with complicated key presses like Sync or V.
After I passed TSJ, I was able to clear alot (about 3 or 4) after that in about a day or so. |
TSJ, my ass. I can pass R5 [7] [Random], but not TSJ [7].
And is it just my horrible timing, or is route 80s out of sync or something? |

Just your horrible timing. Work on reading slow songs.
~Edit~ I take that back. I think that you have to hit late on just about everything to make it count as flashing great. Either that, or the background noises are just so weird, they are very distracting from the beat you need to follow. All I know is that I score better on Ballad For You... and that song is a ton slower. X_X_X_X
Day one of Another-random is coming to a close. I hate Another. I suck so bad at it.. it's not fun. But, I must play through the pain so I can get better eventually. Another Random is even harder yet. X_x Well, at least for me it is... because I can't even read most of the notes in Another period. I've been able to clear about 40 of the songs on Another with random on. ... So un-fun. Though, I was able to combo I was the One. I still can't AAA it though. And, I got my record low AAA score on Comment te dire Adieu Another -random- with 183,888 points! WOW. I wish I had my mom's work's digital camera here so I could have taken a picture of it... but, man... that was CRAZY. Such low points for an AAA. X_x Ah well. Expoints is all that matters. Too bad I can't score for shit on random. Oh well. _________________

Yuz: Two posts, saying the same thing, flamebaiting two users. Bad.
Saiyajin: Flaming in retaliation to flamebait is still flaming.
Points given. Now stop. |

I score well on Ballad For You, too, but I score poorly on other slow songs (route 80's)
Are you talking about all Another's or just like 7's? I was passing 5 and 6 [A] before passing a lot of my 7key 7 stars and you can pass WAY more than I can(7 stars, that is). I guess it's just a matter of what you're good at. _________________

Beat my first flashing 7 another. B4U... and with 96% none-the less. It's funny, I thought I failed miserably like usual, and just drooped my head. And then I heard clapping and I was like, "O_O!!! YES!!!". I don't know how I did that... I call it pure luck.
Piece of shit. I played Get on Beat ~Wild Style~ another in training mode and cleared it about 3 times all the way through, and about 20 times just for the last 10 measures... but whenever I'd play on Another in free mode, I would finish with 72% to as low as 50% and by my last try, I was finishing at 2% again. I figured out how to do the end... but, then I LOST ALL know-how of it by the time I moved to the actual game. AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M SO FRUSTRATED! _________________

Saiyajin: Not to be rude or anything, but maybe you should just post things that are... ya know... note worthy. Maybe not post EVERY AAA you get on L7 songs? |

Well... I was feeling sorry for myself earlier because this post made me feel kind of like everyone hated me. But, instead, I'm just going to keep on posting about my progress anyway... That way people know what I am capable of doing, so that if they may ever need some advice doing the things I have done, they can ask me about it. I know, I'm not an expert like Ryry, or Cstar... but, sometimes every little bit of input helps.
My latest accomplishments are AAA on I was the One [a], and AA on Ballad for You [a].
IIDX-Nick: BTW, don't worry about me posting much more L7 AAA's... I already have 42 of them AAA'd, and I'm having trouble getting any more. So, don't worry about it, consider it done. And, I did consider an AAA, even on L7, to be worth posting about. Sorry you don't feel the same way... _________________

Ok, so i just got IIDX 3rd, 6th, and controller (for ps2).
Can anyone recommend to me the best way to improve my well, non existant skills?
what i mean is, a list of songs that are abundant in certain techniques (chords, scales, etc) so i can work on getting better.
I can pass most 1 and 2 star songs, with a few 3's and one 4 (all on arcade 8th style, L7 difficulty). |

w00t!
YES! FINALLY!! TAKE THAT, "THE SAFARI" AND "G2"!
I FINALLY passed all songs on 6th Style NSC Light 7! w00t! Now, onto 7 Keys.
BTW, I almost cleared my first Flashing 7 today. It ws B4U. For some reason, I can never get the ending down. So close, I had a 72%.
Oh yeah, I have a question. What fingering do you guys use for most songs? Most of the time I have my left hand for the turntable and first three keys and my right hand for the last four. This seems to work pretty well for me. It's better than turntable and first key for left and last six keys with right like I used to do. _________________
