 I know how we can settle this one. Since Irennicus is a trick member, and Squall is only a basic member, we can determine Irennicus is better because he has quantity over quality.
We know quantity is better than quality because of his remark about Squall's five years of DDRing.
And... yea... I prefer having five quality items over 100 useless ones.

When the hell did I even refer to myself as a Trick member and him as a Basic member? Are you special? My only point was that it sounded like he was comparison bragging, as if someone would say "I AAAed Max 300, and the best someone else on this board has done is a AA, so there!". I then later said that it only sounded like he did so, and by the way, I've been playing for three months.

Ok, Irennicus, You bit Squall's head off because he said He's been playing DDR longer than most of us.
Torches is trying to say u biting squalls head off is just as stupid as anyone biting your head off for being a trick member
(posted at the boards or been at DDRFreak longer),
if YOU said somthing like. Oh remember when ddrfreak's message board just came out at thier were only 2 posts? HAHAHAHA! those were the gool old days.

I just wanted to say tinytimtrue almost correctly interpreted my post as I intended it to be. He touched on the issue of quantity over quality by giving examples, but didn't directly say it. For example, as said, I believe it doesn't matter how long a person has played. What really matters is how well a player can play this game.
Thanks for interpreting my message, I felt too lazy to explain my words in detail partly because I feel I typed them understandably.

Hey, stop the flamming guys, even I'm not that much of an asshole.
Not saying you are or anything but really, this has to stop. It's a mindless riot (ironic coming from me, isn't it!) and it's pointless.
Sorry Squall that your thread got messed up, and probably am one of the only and few people who believe you. I know you made a couple of mistakes, but people should make room for mistakes, and teach people what they did or said wrong. It would be just a better place here on DDRFreak if we did.
I left Aaroninjapan.com's message board, because I made a silly mistake of posting a thread stating, "We should buy the rights to DDR if it goes out of buisness". I was flamed, and looked like a moron, plus, I got a bad reputation there because a little prickish fucking 12 year old (I know, I know) wanted to insult me and look cool. Well FUCK that, I say. Just stop and think. Stop. And. Think.
TRANSLATION: You guys need to vent your anger other than on the internet. Realy. You fight with people you probably have never met before in your LIFE and you are enemies?!?! WTF ARE YOU THINKING???

I don't believe him. I used to live in Japan, and I was there when DDR 1.0 came out. I know for a fact that it hasn't been out for five years yet, and I also know that there weren't any home versions of the game out in 1998. |

well i been playing for 4 years now(HOORAY FOR ME!!  )
still loving every minute of it too!!
even tho i stayed on basic for 3 years
i couldnt more on.....but i made some more friends that believe in me soo i got a little better(many thanks to JPEG,LadyMerc,CRUZ!,D,David,and K-David ) awww the good old days soo im old,shot me*holds up sign*DONT HURT ME!!! |

alrighty then. its good that everyone got off of his back. he was just trying to see if anyone has played as long as him. leave him alone. he's just trying to find someone he can share experiences with so he wont be the lone 5 year ddr player.
anycrap, ive played probably 2 years now, and im only getting worse now. i probably could have beaten an 11 footer (if there was one) 2 months ago, but now, i have enough trouble on those damned catas. |
