He'd have to get the lowest possible shipping rate to get it within his set price range. If he's absolutely set on spending no more than $2000, he should email them first to see if he could get it shipped for $300.
Otherwise, he could end up spending a tad bit more. A $150 tad, possibly.

but it'd also be better for him to get the machine through that auction, since it's from Arcade Infinity in california. When they send stuff it's always in pristine condition. _________________
