About a month or two ago i was at my arcade, and there were these pre-teen kids waiting to play DDR after me. So i was rocking out to healing vision (angelic), i think it was, and they kept saying things like, "woah, she's good." and " We can do easier songs then that, right?". After that, i was playing again (after all the kids had gone) and more peopl came in and mentioned sum stuff. N E way it felt really good. What is ur fav. thing sumone has said to you about playing DDR?

Had someone do the "We're not worthy! We're not worthy!" bowing after making it to the last song in DSEuroMix 2 Nonstop Hard 1. And failing at the very end, but apparently they didn't care. The competition here isn't too heavy. ^_^;

If you're talking about things said to me after I finish a set, if a bystander says anything, it's usually along the lines of "You're good". If it's one of the guys I play with, then it's usually some sort of "Good job". If it's something I say, I usually don't say anything, unless I pass some new difficult song, and then I'm all happy about it. The end.

I was at my arcade last week, and I got an "OMG dude that's insane I've never seen anyone pull that off!!!" and I got a handshake and free tokens from one of the workers after I finished PSM Oni with a B.

My favorites are "Holy Shit" and "What the Fuck"

blank looks mean more than words to me though. When i turn around after I've played and someone is just standing there staring at the screen with a dumbfounded look on his/her face, I know I did a good job.

I got that the other day. I was playing and the goon that worked at Tilt hopped up on the pad next to me and started jumping up and down. After I had full comboed some song he's like, "Holy shit dude! How did you do that shit?!. You didn't miss a fuckin' step!" He proceeded to rant and rave, at which point I walked away.

Yep, that explains what I have to say. Either those or the "........................" as they watch me walk away.

I usually don't say much after a game (usually because I'm out of breath from choosing something like MaxX for my last song), but there's the occasional "AUGH! ONE GREAT!" post-song on Light, and "ONE GOOD!" on Heavy.

Zep, there's something called proofreading. It's magical. All you have to do is proofread your post and people will think more of your intellengence. It's magic, I tell you.

Hmmmmmmmm OK this is probably the best experience I've had with that. (And nothing was said)

I finished my "Max Run"

The Legend Of Max (Heavy)
MaxX Unlimited (Heavy)
Paranoia Survivor Max (Heavy NOT ONI )

and just walked away after I was done like that. My friend said that the people were just looking around blatenly and dumbstruck and wondering where you were.

"They couldnt believe what they saw. They stood there for like 30 seconds wondering what just happened."

I was like

"YEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAHHHHH baby!" Giving the crowd a good show is simply AWESOME

People usually just stand there with a stunned look. I like when they give me a lot of tokens, though, and tell me to play more ^^ (and I don't play that well, either -.-')
There was once this really creepy lady who seemed to be stalking my friend (who's 13) and once asked her for a cigarette..it was..odd; and when someone I knew finished playing Sakura or something (don't remember) she ran up to him and gave him a high-five. He was like 'Uh, okay...' and I think she also tried to hug him or something..

Favorite things to say: "Well, that was fun" "uno mas?"

My favorite comment was given to me by one of my best friends after i had just done a couple songs with the number 1 guy on the boards. It was something like "geez, dirienzo, he kicked your buttocks." I like it cuz i got to play with the #1 guy and even though it isnt the most encouraging quote, it was well received.

My favorite compliment after a game was "how the frick do you read the arrows that fast?!" And then of course theres the kids who come up to the machine intending to play, see you going all out, stare, and then just walk away.

a lot of "good job" and "nice run" from the other players, and random wow's or whatever from other random people.

After me failing during the second "big run" in MAX 300 on Trick Oni:
"That was the most amazing thing I've ever seen."
