I don't touch the bar normally, and I love freeze arrows, and they don't throw off my balance.
You just suck at 'em, apparently.

Yeah but getting the NG while youre standing perfectly still is fucking annoying. It can also be really confusing when they're tied in with other steps |

well, also another reason I hate them is because the pads at my local Extreme machine suck! and you gotta put all yur weight on the one arrow to keep it down. then its hard to push the fast arrows with your 1 foot. _________________

I love freeze arrows! They seem to carry more of the song's energy in them. It's easier to understand this than to explain it.
Finally beat Maxx Unlimited doubles standard the other day. The freeze-arrow sections in that song are beautiful! |

Freeze arrows are cool. Except in Mikenko Rock. They expect you to do inpossible things with the freeze arrows in that song. |

I think freeze arrows are cool. ^_^ Then again, I think your experiences with freeze arrows might depend on how good your pads are.
For the record, I don't barhug when I do arrows--and I think that, if you're leaning on the bar, you may tend to NG more because you're applying more weight on the bar and less on the pads. Just a theory, though. _________________

The ONLY freeze arrows I hate are those of "Breakdown" on Heavy. You cata owners out there know what I'm talking about...
[freeze] taptaptaptap..tap tap...taptap [/freeze]
[freeze] taptaptaptap..tap tap...taptap [/freeze]
[freeze] taptaptaptap..tap tap...taptap [/freeze]
I'm still surprised that that was my first cata....
Otherwise, freeze arrows are neato completo!!!!

I very much like frezze arrows, though getting a NG when you were actually stepping on the arrow is annoying. _________________
