Ya good job! Im assuming that you have passed MAX300.(same here)
Ya i havent been able to try MaxX or Bag x1. Im sure after about 3 or so times, i'd be able to beat Bag but MaxX, thats a whole nother story

| i dont consider a D passing. just as my parents dont consider a D in school passing. if i were to get a D i would keep playing it till i get a C then consider it average skill. |

Yeah, D is barely passin though. I can C-D most Heavy songs on 1x but on 1.5x I am a grade better. I feel as long as you pass it's all good!  |

If it says CLEARED at the end of the song.. that's passing... Well.. for some people anyways.. I actually consider "passing" a song AAing or comboing it.

Your grades suck, dude. You have some stamina, and you can flail, but you really ought to learn how to actually do the steps correctly.

| damn, yall are harsh. God, she only posted this because it was her FIRST time passing them, and she worked really hard for those. What grade did you get when you first passed MaxX Unlimited? I am sure you didnt instantly A or AAed from the beginning. |

If you pass a song using any mods at all, I wouldn't count it. It's pretty much considered cheating.

Who cares? I mean some or most songs on Heavy are hard to PA, AA or even AAA on 1x. I use speed mods to improve my PA sometimes. Big deal. |

yes it is.. but that doesnt mean he isnt good, im almost sure he is better then you, because of your cata count in your sig. Just because he cant pass max300 doesnt mean he cant do alot of other things. I would consider passing every oni on max2 sans kidou (something rancidfish has done) a MUCH bigger accomplishment then flailing your way through max300. Passing maxX with a D isn't really an accomplishment much at all, wow you managed to flail your way though a song, and finish with like a million misses. Just because rancidfish hasnt passed maxX doesnt mean he cant say that a D on it isnt a terrible grade.

It's incredibly presumptious to assume that someone who keeps track of their catas is 'bad'.

Well, it's obviously harder for rancidfish to 'flail' his way through Max 300 or Maxx Unlimited than it is to pass Oni courses. If it wasn't, he would have passed them by now.

Passing a hard 10 foot song is an acomplishment, no matter what the grade is. Obviously, over time, one will improve the grade. Don't try to rain on someone's parade because you're a self-righteous jerk. Especially don't try to rain on someone's parade when you can't even pass the song.

At least it's better than an E, which Rancidfish apparantly gets. Flailing your way through a song is better than not being able to flail your way through a song in my book.
p.s. this isn't a rancidfish 'knock down', i'm just saying that you have no right to flame someone's post by accusing them of flailing through a song when you don't know what happened. They could have PA'd Maxx Unlimited up to a certain part and failed because of stamina. Also, please try to beat the song before you try to demerit someone's accomplishments. I'm sure she or he worked just as hard as you did.

i never said i couldnt pass the song. I have a pretty solid B on max300, maxX, and LoM, and i can get an A on PS, Sakura, and Bag. Im just defending rancidfish because from what im heard, he is a very good player, and just lacks the stamina to finish off the hard songs. Also, he prolly comboes all of those songs well up until the point he fails (this is just from what ive perviously heard) He doesnt flail around trying to hit the steps, he does, and it tires him out. Don't criticize people better then you. Sorry if i'm being an buttocks, just voicing my opinion.

Actually, it should be "don't criticize people." We're all DDR players, we all have personal goals. It was obviously a big deal to Ronin to pass two 10 foot songs in the same day. People shouldn't knock that just because they don't think the score is good enough.
