I didnt see a sticky thread on these (only saw metal and soft) and there was no search feature either.

Just wondering how they perform, anyone have any experiences with these?

I seen 2 different kinds, there i the normal one and the one red octane modded. I ordered the 2 hard pad (redoctane Mod) and DDR USA bundle last nite.

Just wondering what to expect. BTW. Im an extreme newbie at this. I have a hell of a time on 3 feet standard

A friend at my work says he has a pair of these and there alright. He told me you have to break them in or they will suck. There also very loud.

Yeah, the ones I found in the bundle though are supposed to be not loud and modded by redoctane to be quieter and more reactive. Here's the link:

the invoice on the reciept I have has the return policy which is rather clear. Im usre if there is somthing wrong with it, according to the invoice, i will be able to return it.

How long did you wait before they told you no?

How much did you pay for each and shipping? You could get a Version 2 metal pad of ebay in the area of $80-100 each and you wouldnt have the noise and the pad would be much more sturdy.

Just got them by Fedex Today, the are responsize and Heavy, and they are quiet... these were the ones modded by red Octane to be quiter and more responsive, and the are extremely nice, and extremely durable.
