Am i weird? I haven't played pop'n music in like 2-3 weeks, ever since i passed a love we never knew and yamato on hyper. I haven't even touched the game...My pop'n asc is just sitting under my bed doing nothing. All i've been playing at home is iidx(rotating through 3rd-6th styles) and even then only a little bit at a time(like maybe an hour every 2-3 days)... I am weird....i think...

So my budget is shot for the next couple months. No trips, no anime (well, very little anime), no nothing until I can afford the $700 or so to get a JPS2, Pop'n 8, an ASC, and DDR Max2.

Yay! Corey finally gave me back my Pop'n! Hooray! One month without Pop'n is insanely hard!

One question: how do you clean your Pop'n controller? I notice some are sticking, and I really want to open it up like my IIDX controller, and clean it throughly.

to clean a Pop'n controller it's easy. Open it like you would a IIDX controller and inside will be the circuit board, the little rubber stoppers, and the buttons. The buttons actually clip to the top half of the controller so you'll have to unclip them to clean them.

Basically once you have it open all you need to do is clean the sides of the buttons and the inside clip area of the top half of the controller and then make sure the rubber stoppers are positioned correctly on the top half. To make sure of that just make sure that the 2 thin prongs are through the 2 small holes on each stopper.

It's hard to explain but hella easy when you actually open it up and do it.

Damn, i just got popn 6 and that game is hella good. I like this one so much better than popn 7. Popn 7 = good, Popn 6 = awesome

oh, and I passed Daikenkai hyper on my 3rd try, woohoo. That song doesn't seem like it should be 10 stars.
