Hey guys,

I just received my ps-one (j) and pop'n 5 (pop'n 6 is coming, was backordered).

My question is, will I need some sort of power converter before playing?

.. and, what are some pretty songs to start with on either pop'n 5 or 6?

yeap I got it on rinkya for like $20 shipped a while back. It's actually pretty good sound quality too for being such a dinky thing, and you need headphones for it, the standalone speaker blows. I hooked it up to my PC and recorded the songs to MP3 as a little joke... and amazingly they sounded alright

well if you want a songlist with difficulties, I have one posted in the game info section of bemanistyle, but the songs on the game (all of which I have in mp3 now ) are:

It took me a while to warm up to that song, but it IS the shit.

It's weird how whenever I thought of Pop'n, I always associated it with Vivaldi, so I would just figure you had a controller right off the bat. When I heard you just got one, I was pretty shocked.

Sheer Pop'n n00b here. Playing with an official Konami (re: small) controller and REALLY REALLY LOVING BEST HITS

So far the hardest song I've passed is either....Magic Door 9-line or Lupin III '78 Hyper HS2. Hey, lay off, I've only been playing for a few days.
