Alright. They're both on 5th. *thumbsup* That means you only need to buy one style, rather than two. Saves you money!

I can clear most 6* and below songs on 7keys, but for some STUPID reason I can't clear The Strong Jaeger without using two hands! This, along with other things, are starting to bug me a little.

How do you guys clear songs like Entrance and Empathy?

Really? I use one.

...

Just kidding. I use my left hand to scratch. So I'm actually using both hands. ;)

I can pass around 10 7 star songs (7 key) but I can't come close to passing The Strong Jaeger on L7. It was underrated to begin with, then they rated it down disturb.gif. Supposedly it's not much different than the 7 key (7 star) version either. It's the only L7 I can't pass (except maybe Stoic).. I even made it through G2. I think they gave it a low rating to trick you in the arcade and steal your money.

Really? That is one of like 5 7* songs that I can pass 1 handed. Though not consistantly.

I can pass most 6* or below on 7 key, and at least 5* on another, but Hyper Boundry gate 7key rapes me every time I play it.

Cstar- I found a site a little while ago that had a really indepth guide to modding you controller. It used paper, runbber, and other random things. Only problem is that it was in japanese. If you want to try and follow the translated steps or you can read japanese, I could probably find it again.

If you could, that'd be great.

I tried a differant way of cleaning yesterday, and it went fairly well.

I took it apart, got all the buttons out, and stuck the keys and the faceplate in a sink of warm water. Let them soak for about a half hour, and let them dry. Worked better than the other things I've tried, but a few keys still give me some occasional trouble. Also, I had to let the stuff dry over night, so it takes more time than the other methods... not something I'd like to have to do often.

CStar: Take an Exacto knife and shave a few thin layers off of the sides of the keys, and the key holes on the faceplate. I did this when my keys started sticking and my controller works like it's brand new.

I've had my controller since last summer and I've only had a key stick once.. guess I'm not giving it enough of a beating. I don't even cover it up or do anything special with it and it's been fine.

Same here. I've had my 1p control for over six months, and it still doesn't stick, and I've never opened it. I noticed that all of my friends' controls stick already, and they all play two handed, so my best guess is it's the way they strike the keys when they play. I am not as aggressive on the keys when I play, so I guess they don't wear as bad to the point to where they start to stick. I suppose playing in a clean area helps a little as well.

Lydia, you are still my IIDX idol riiight.gif. I can't seem to do songs like Flowtation, Entrance, Dissolve, and some parts of Yesterday without using my left hand to hit key 1, but I'm really trying to find a way to cure this. I don't know what's wrong with me. Have any tips?

Well, I got my other IIDX controller in today... and damn, IIDX doubles is hard as balls. I've cleared three Light14 songs right now, and they're all 2-stars. :\

Welcome to the club E1.gif. It's amazing how retarded I felt when I first started playing because I couldn't even keep a combo going for the longest time. Have you cleared I Was The One yet? That was my first light14 AA.

I finished 5.1.1 Light 14 Easy with a 78% once. That's the best I ever did on doubles goog.gif. If I ever see one for sale I'm gonna get another controller so I can practice at home.

I doubt that many Doubles songs can be full-comboed. The only Doubles FC I've ever seen was that vid of Lisu AA'ing 20, November [14 Keys].

They also like to make you hit the turntable and the key farthest away from it while the other hand is doing stuff. How the hell do they expect you to do that? Especially since Japanese people supposedly have smaller hands than americans.
