can anyone offer any sort of tips on beating rottel da sun another? 
i beat sync another. night of fire another. y31 another (FINALLY). close to nemesis another. no way can i do holic, get on beat, g2 however. but rottel da sun, closest i came was 78%, but i guess i missed one and it dropped to 70%. I CAN NOT BEAT THIS GODDAMN SONG.
it;s that last big scratching part with the consecutive ones. everything else i'm fine on but i can't come CLOSE to doing it wihtout losing my entire bar. |

Ever had a IIDX-related dream?
I once dreamed I played V [A], and the notes were kinda different, and I almost passed it, if it weren't for that stupid ending. I also had a 1600+ combo (I wasn't on Double mode). |

I had a dream one time that I travelled to Socal and went to AI, but when I get to diamond plaza it was like a huge maze with bigass windows like an alien space ship . it takes me like hours to find it and the IIDX machine turns out to be this cheapass like 19" TV hooked up to one of those multi-game SNK machine thing, and I tried to make it change to IIDX but it kept going to soccer or something, then when I finally got it to IIDX I put my quarters in and it ate the quarters and then I woke up.

hahaha, i don't think i'm that bad at the game. Of course there are better people, like many ppl i've seen at svgl, but i'm don't think i'm that bad at the game.

Going from a standard IIDX controller to a regular one is difficult, since on a standard controller, keys 1 and 2 (6 and 7 if you reversed the controller) are so close to the turntable that you can scratch and push keys simultaneously with just 1 hand. However, the keys are spaced further out from the turntable at the arcade. Since the ASC's key and turntable layout is similar to the arcade's, that may be why they're not very good, as they're trying to adjust. |

I started playing light 7 again after I beat everything on regular 7 except The safari and Nemesis. Now I think I enjoy it a little more then regular or another. Mostly because Ive been training to play one handed on both player 1 and 2 sides and trying to get all AA's and AAA's. Anyone else in love with light 7.

light7? It used to be fun to play...but then I started getting better. Now light7 is my left hand trainer, but it's hardly a challenge for me with my right hand.
It's still more enjoyable than playing most DDR songs on DDR, but 7keys is by far the way to go for me now days. I'm sure if I get good enough, I'll be saying the same thing about [a].

I almost never play L7. The only song i ever play on L7 is The Safari, because its the only 7key song(on the home versions) that I can't pass yet. On the arcade machine i never play L7, because it would just be a waste of money for me.
