Still having disconnect issues on xbox. 9 disconnets during a single song.... Moonlight Shadow on Standard, not even a very hard song.

RedOctane now wants me to return pad #2 and Control box #3.

I contacted RO last night. They said they had new controlboxes, and they promised to ship me out a new one within two days.

So hopefully soon I can give you an update on my dead up arrow/disconnec ...

What they told me was that they had a "bad batch" of control boxes. And, it sounds like, the cord that goes from the unit to the CB. I guess the CBs are made in China.

Yeah you have to unscrew the panels and unscrew the little triangle covers on the arrows in order to get the plastic off cleanly.

Also, the control box problem seems to be an issue with most usb/xb ...

Hey! That error sounds just like the Afterburner cbox devil.gif

Maybe when you get it fixed, you could let RedOctane know since they seem to be totally ignorant of how to fix this issue.

I spoke with Red Octane and they said that they will be receiving "NEW" control boxes that have the issue fixed. They advised me to call back in 2 weeks and they would confirm my orde ...
