the hash for the filename is based on the pck description
even if you repck the same data into a pck with the same filename, and same description, beta 3 will still not like it, pretty sure it has ha ...

for those looking to be able to repack data, linked within is a utility to repck data, and one to make a pck.idx (for beta1)
these are not the most recent versions, but they work
