CGA > VGA cable it seems.... As long as the board makers were using a standard pinout for that.

If you don't care about money, you should probably just go for the CF.
Everybody pretty much agrees that they are the best ones....
Otherwise, it's sounding like the RedOctane metal pad is very good ...

The Naki Dance Pad Revolution doesn't work. Tried it myself.
Now I have an EMS USB and no pad to use it with, as my madcatz pad broke.

1. Since it's USB, it SHOULD work anywhere. After all, it's just mapping some PS2 buttons to generic USB buttons. If a mac can use a joystick, it can probably use this.
