I agree that its a good deal - my TX1000 is still working and I paid $70 for it. And heck, the wood and brackets probably cost almost half of that price, so consider it a head s tart on building your ... |

Looks like TX1000. Mines the same wtihout the X and O on diagonal buttons.
Mine still works after a year and a half. |

I don't see what all the hate is on the TX-1000s - I bought one off of Ebay a year ago for $70 shipped, and it still works perfectly fine to this day... |

1.5 hours at tops for me.
I drink a lot of water (usually start with one of the 32 oz bottles) but that disappears quick,a dn the sweat comes out too fast that I'm slippin on it after a while... |

Ebay was good for me - sometimes, they have stuff like the TX-1000s for $60 - its worth the wood and brackets alone
I'd personally go with a metal finish, but thats just me. |

My friend bought that pad recently with a 2 year warrentee. Its not as responsive (When I used it, I had to stomp a bit, but I guess I was brekaing it in), as now he says you can just step fine.

I really don't think the TX's are that bad - and you could just get a control box that supports USB, or an Xbox controller end that you can switch with a USB end... |
