thank you both of you... I'm in a little confusion.... are soft pads like normal pads with nothing inside or with cushions inside (not foam ) ?? Anyways to the tell truth I dont think I can get those ...

the default red octane... in the groove pad for $20... are they any good? Are they the kind that make alot of sound and slip? Is this a softpad or foam/?? Help would be appreciated... thanks
