The fix is to buy a compatible PS2 to USB adapter.

You need one that maps the directional pad as buttons, not a joystick, since a joystick cannot move both left and right or up and down at the sa ...

If 'more like an arcade pad' means you can tell where your feet are, then yes, it is a vast improvement to the flat surface of the 'flux.

I actually made my own 'arcade mod' with some spare lexan I ...

Actually, seeing wires between the panels is normal, since they all seem to come out from under the center panel.

Yes, it is possible that you have a broken wire going from the pad connector to the ...

I'm with yukihime on this one.

You should in no way have to deal with this crap, especially when you bought new! It must be that the recent fluxes aren't as well made as those made a few years ago ...

I have two CFs hooked up to my PC with a Dragon PC Double Powerbox 2 (SAM-PCDPB2) on each control box.

For some reason these adapters work great when only one CF is hooked up to them. That is wh ...

I will assume you are asking why I have 3 CF pads.

Well, to be honest, I got a heck of a deal on them, and may still end up selling one of them, since I can't really play 'triples'. E13.gif

One of th ...

I would suggest trying a different pair of shoes.

It seems that possibly your shoe treads are acting like suction cups on the smooth lexan surface of the Cobalt Flux.

I have 3 CF pads and ha ...

I just picked up 3 cobalt flux pads that weren't being used by their current owners.

2 of them are like new and work perfectly, but the third one had a bad control box.

I emailed CF about a new ...

I picked up a non-working Afterburner for free awhile ago, and had it working in about 10 minutes.

All I did was bend the pins in the DB-9 connector coming from the control box ever so slightly, so ...
