I already replied to your friend, Guitar Freaks, along with I believe EVERY Bemani game on PS1 is anti-mod protected (which is what that screen is). He'll need the anti-mod code.

I can't figure out how to make it work.

1. The screen is off center.
2. None of the things such as songs and announcers and such will download.
