It's probably a DOS application...hence why it would close on you since you didn't give it any input...

It was likely screwed up during shipment. I dunno what my friend did with the wrinkly pads he got, he's probably still using them =p

I'm guessing you got CypherDX pads...good luck on that. I wouldn't know how to get the wrinkles out other than constant use [perhaps the wrinkles will just go away on their own...]
