Why not check ebay?
I got 2 metal pads off ebay for 10 bucks each + 60 shipping each
That was last year and they're still working fine.

Alright. Thanx! That's nice to know. Now, someone who knows how to wire them...

I bought my metal pad, I didn't build them myself.
I can tell you that each of my 4 arrows ahve 6 led lights on them ...

I'm guessing you're using led lights?

Maybe it might be runners knee.
DDR/ITG mimicks running to an extent.

During running, the hamstrings tend to work more then the quad which could cause an imbalance in the muscles hold you knee in ...
