It's Upper Heavy and Lower Heavy.
And if you can't consistently get A's or AA's on 10-footers, do not enter UH. You'll get killed. Last tournament I went to, the players in UH were AAA'ing songs ... |

Yeah, that story's fishy. Most standard songs have a full combo of 250 or less, and you can't mix and match difficulties on nonstop.

Diarrhea is caused by dehydration. Drinking water is very good for it.
I also get headaches, but it's not dehydration; I usually drink about 32 oz. of water an hour, if not more, and I don't sweat ... |
