Watch other FS videos and learn from their flow and routines, but don't necessarily copy them.

DDR without a doubt will help improve your hand and eye coordination.
Also, it helps you lose some weight, but it will take hours of playing or depends on your difficulty.

Theres already a few mainstream songs in DDR MAX 2, not sure about Xtreme though.
Depends what genre music it is. For me, I'm more into the B4U rhythm, for music in DDR |

I wouldn't say DDR is my primary source of exercise, but it does play a part in my exercise routine
It may be tiring sometimes, but the fun of the game more than makes up for it. |
