Spin the Disk maniac. The steps are pretty easy, there's a bit of chaos to get me alert, and it's an *excellent* song for locking in PA. I usually play it again later since once I'm warmed up I can generally AA it (since I only make it to the arcade every couple weeks, it takes a couple rounds to lock my PA back in to the point that I can start AA'ing).

This one's easy. Frozen Ray on heavy, every time. Lotsa fun, good stream, a few gallops, fun stride ending, and that incredibly awesome part in the middle where you get to spin around about 400,000 times in a row. Song's not hard at all, and it's not tiring, either.
