What version(s) of DDR was this song on? I want to play it, it sounds so fun, and where can i get either a video of the DDR version of the song, or the accuall song, wenever i search for it, i cant find it, Please help

The song is on DDR Extreme (8th mix). If by a video you mean a video of somebody playing it, there is at least one at www.aaroninjapan.com (Dance Dance Revolution->DDR Videos). As for the song, no mp3 requests allowed. If you head over to the DDR Simulators forum, you can probably find the simfile, which tends to come bundled with a...*cough*...you know...music file.

DDR Extreme for PS2 was released in Japan (soon to be in U.S.). If you really want it you can buy a mod chip and import it. It has lots of good songs, that's for sure.

It's very unlikely that Cartoon Heroes would appear in the US version of DDR Extreme. Most of the Dancemania tracks never appear in domestic DDR releases.

You're much better off just getting the import, seriously. You'll be happy when you do. I actually plan on getting both us and jp releases at some point. I'm not gonna miss anything that way.
