Just a note: A Transcend SD card with the USB adapter [for computers without an SD card slot] works just fine on an ITG2 dedicab.

As for how much data can fit on a single disc, 4.7gb.
For the ps3 version, 40gb. Unless they go all out on the graphics and extra features, they'll be left with about half an empty disc.

IIRC, you shouldn't really be jumping high when jumproping to begin with.
